BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hotel

Reservation

  1. Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to assure room availability.
  2. A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
  3. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations (a deposit is taken).
  4. Rates are inclusive of prevailing government taxes and charges.

Occupancy

  1. Normal occupancy is two persons per room.

Deposit

  1. To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night’s room rate is required. We accept Visa, and MasterCard debit/credit cards. For alternate arrangements, please contact the Hotel.
  2. Group bookings of ten or more rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice for the return of the deposit.

Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy

  1. Should your plans change, be sure to inform us within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. A cancellation number will be given to ensure the proper return of the deposit. If the cancellation does not meet the guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
  2. For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation cannot be rebooked. If you are unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.
  3. Cancellation charges are as follows:
    • 72 hours prior to arrival, full refund.
    • 48 hours prior to arrival, 50% will be charged for cancellation.
    • 24 hours prior to arrival, 100% will be charged for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  1. When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will issue the refund right away. The processing will take between 2 and 4 weeks until the whole amount shows up on your credit card statement. The reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors, such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation, and processing fees. For more details, see the cancellation policy above.
  2. In the event that a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now, after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.

Check-In

  1. Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please call for directions on the procedure for arrival after 6:00 p.m.

Check-out is at noon

  1. Early check-in and check-out are possible based on availability and are only available by prior arrangement. Each is subject to room availability.

Modification

  1. We require 7 days before the original arrival date for the amendment request. Any modifications are subject to availability at the time you make the request.
  2. If you fail to check in on the first date but still want to continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights booked. Otherwise, as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Children and Infants

  1. Children (0–12 years old) can stay free of charge with their parents using existing beds. In most cases, no free extra bed (or rollaway) or meal is provided for a child. The child’s breakfast until age 4 is complimentary, and RM25.00nett for children between the ages of 5-12 years old.

Non-arrival to the Hotel (No Show)

  1. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel, and you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If you have already paid for your booking, no refund will be issued.

Special Request

  1. Please note that all requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival at the hotel.

Payment Security

  1. It is important for you to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information, it is secure. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology. Upon checkout, your credit card information is directly transferred to the bank and securely tested.
